Aish Dos prepares and empowers yeshiva / day school educators through valuable professional growth opportunities that promote Torah values. Programs include Yesud Ma'aloh Principal Fellowships, Aish Dos Courses for Kollel chaveirim preparing for chinuch, and seminars for rebbeim and moros

Yesud Ma'aloh Fellowships is a two-year program for current and aspiring principals of yeshivos and Bais Yaakovs. The Aish Dos course for Kollel chaveirim is a one-year program of evening classes. Up to ten mornings throughout the year may be required by Aish Dos chaveirim for student and substitute teaching experiences. Course is given annually in Lakewood and periodically elsewhere. Year-long in-service courses and seminars are available to communities by special arrangement.
