The NCYP for Women works directly with principals in both the tri-state area and nationally. Our goal is to help the school leaders to engage their teachers in continuous professional development that is proactive and relevant. NCYP want to help the schools' principals reinforce their productive relationships with the students, colleagues, and parents in order to increase our students' learning and growing in the Torah way.

Dozens of schools have been visited and many a workshop presented. Themes include "No Tears Testing:" how to create a user-friendly test, "Alternative Assessments;" teaching and reaching every student in your class; Can Midos be taught? – An interesting workshop; projects and presentations for grades and evaluations.

OUR AIM: THAT PRINCIPALS AND TEACHERS WILL BE RECEIVING PRACTICAL, RELEVANT AND EXPERIENCED-BASED INFORMATION, WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE DIFFICULT, TIME-CONSUMING, AND COMPLICATED FOR MANY SCHOOLS TO ACQUIRE ON THEIR OWN.
