This is the motto of the Walder Education Pavilion of Torah Umesorah, located in Chicago. Their mission has been to provide the latest technology, innovative curricula, arts and crafts projects, and unlimited resources to preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools – yeshivos, community and day schools, Bais Yaakovs and more.
Chicago's pioneering teachers' center has served as the template for other centers to be opened in other communities. Brooklyn's Chaim and Chaya Baila Wolf Teacher Center was the next to open its doors, several years ago and serves as a hub for mechanchim in the US Northeast. Thousands of visits of teachers occur there each year. Other communities have either already opened Torah Umesorah teachers' centers or plan to open soon. These include, St. Louis, Toronto, Lakewood and more.
The Centers' staffs create new thematic units monthly, with lesson plans, bulletin boards, games designed to transmit both important skills and hashkafos. Visiting teachers avail themselves of the Make-It-And-Take-It craft rooms, state-of-the-art technology - die-cut machines, poster printers, computers (linked to chinuch.org) and more.
The Torah Umesorah Educational Center will impact visitors, their classrooms and students alike.
The Centers are worth a trip from anywhere!
