1. Hi, can anyone please tell me where I can find the kriah workbook from Y. Munk and Y. Jurkowitz.  I don't even know the name of the book.  I just have seen a few copies  of paper with the authors names on.  It has great sheets for shvah nach and shvah nah.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
