I couldn't agree more!! I teach two's and threes in a large school and I find that in general, at this age, not only is exercise a good activity because it releases energy, but it helps to stimulate and refocus the brain! I also do SEIT and an O.T. advised me that in order to help a child who is hyper to focus, I should begin my session with an activity that requires movement.
